SNH Classic

Modul Version patch-v2.0.9.27.23

As of 18.06.2023 it is temporarily no longer possible to log in to the TikTok network via a to log in via a QR code. This is probably due to a defect in the a defect in the TikTok infrastructure. If you already have TikTok accounts accounts are already integrated in the profile manager, this circumstance will impact on the SNH. However, the automatic addition of new profiles is profiles is currently not possible.

In order to continue using TikTok profiles with the SNH, we have integrated a workaround. As soon as TikTok allows login via QR codes again, this workaround is no longer necessary.

  1. Start the SNH
  2. Open the profile manager.

  3. Adding a new profile
  4. Immediately after starting the process, the following message appears. This only has to be confirmed with "Done". It is not necessary to enter the confirmation code:

  5. After a short time, the following message appears. This must be confirmed with "Add the profile in the profile manager's database".
As a result, an empty profile is created in the Profile Manager.

  6. The newly created empty profile must be marked as "Primary". This can be done either via the context menu (right mouse button), or the profile manager menu:
  7. Now close the profile manager. It may happen that the query from 4. appears again. Confirm this again with "Done".

  8. Create a TikTok case. It may happen that the query from 4. appears again. Confirm this again with "Done".

  9. The SNH Browseresplorer now shows a not logged in TikTok website. Log in using your email address and password. After logging in, you can start the SNH data collection.
