If the SNH incorrectly collects the time stamps for VKontakte timeline postings and media postings, this is usually due to the language setting of the VK account.
VKontakte does not use standard timestamps in the website's postings, but simply visualizes the time individually, depending on the language of the survey account. The SNH can then decode these individual time stamps if the account is set to English. Otherwise, the collection time is saved instead of the publication time of a contribution.
