To export any list in its entirety, many users choose the method of changing the page size to "All", then selecting all items and choosing the "Save selection as CSV/XLSX" action. However, for most lists, there is a faster method. In the left Explorer menu, most selectable lists have three dots next to their name. Clicking on these dots opens a menu where, among other things, the entire list can be exported with one click.
