Troubleshoot “Signature Verification Failed”

If the signature check fails when the SNH is started:

Then please perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart SNH 
  2. Delete the directories and files:
    1. C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SocialNetworkHarvester\python\site-package
    2. C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SocialNetworkHarvester\Modules\modules2.json
  3. Restart SNH (Update should be performed automatically)
